RESERVIERUNGEN/BUCHUNG 2.1 Mit der Durchführung einer Reservierung/Buchung bietet der Gast den Abschluss eines Beherbergungsvertrages an. Bei entsprechender Verfügbarkeit des gebuchten Apartments erhält der Gast von BRIGHT eine Reservierungs-/Buchungsbestätigung. Durch diese Bestätigung kommt ein Beherbergungsvertrag zwischen BRIGHT und dem Gast zustande. 2.2 Angebote von BRIGHT in Bezug auf verfügbare Apartments sind freibleibend und unverbindlich. BRIGHT steht es frei den Abschluss eines Beherbergungsvertrages nach eigenem Ermessen abzulehnen. 2.3 Soweit der Gast in einem angebotenen Objekt nur eine Kategorie bucht, hat der Gast keinen Anspruch auf Inanspruchnahme der Beherbergungsleistung in einer bestimmten Wohnung/Einheit. Branchenübliche Restriktionen wie Mindestaufenthalte, Buchungsgarantien oder Anzahlungen für bestimmte Reisedaten behält sich BRIGHT vor. 3. STORNIERUNGSFRISTEN/RÜCKTRITT DES KUNDEN/NICHTINANSPRUCHNAHME DER LEISTUNGEN (NO SHOW) 3.1 Erst mit der Zahlung des Gastes an BRIGHT liegt eine garantierte Reservierung vor. Diese kann durch den Gast gemäß der ausgewiesenen Stornierungsbedingungen und Stornierungsfristen kostenfrei unter Angabe der entsprechenden Reservierungsnummer storniert werden. Ist ein Rücktrittsrecht nicht vereinbart oder bereits erloschen (Ablauf kostenfreie Stornofrist), besteht auch kein gesetzliches Rücktritts- oder Kündigungsrecht und stimmt BRIGHT einer Vertragsaufhebung nicht zu, behält BRIGHT den Anspruch auf die vereinbarte Vergütung trotz Nichtinanspruchnahme der Leistung (no-show) oder verspäteter Stornierung. BRIGHT hat die Einnahmen aus anderweitiger Vermietung der Zimmer sowie die ersparten Aufwendungen anzurechnen.
